Microsoft has 45 games availible RIGHT NOW, and Ps4 has 82. Who doesn't have games? With 218 total announced for XBox, and 269 for PS4. Again, who doesn't have games?

One game doesn't show parity... MS said they would work with some outside the clause from the get-go. It just shows they will work with studios who are credible and/ or going to bring them money... playing it safe, as some might say.
Getting rid of the parity clause would show, "doesn't require launch parity" as this article states.

I seem to recall the wiiu having relatively little games until this month. And, contrary to fanboy belief, there is a great selection of games on ps4. More than it's biggest competitor's library.
Don't get me wrong, love my wind waker wiiu, but I hold no delusions that it struggled.

"Tv, tv, tv" is a sad response to MS's 2013 wretched "gaming console" reveal. 1 exclusive t.v. show (albeit, a boring speech) and the announcement of PSTV (which is still more gaming focused than MS'2013 e3 conference's entirety) is simply an unmerited, unreasonable response.
@andrewLB, "Planetside2 and Guilty Gear Xrd are NOT exclusives. Both are PC games. If i'm not mistaken, that leaves you with Infamous which is a DLC, Deep Down which is F2P, Last of Us which is a re-hash, and... DriveClub. Which based on the latest video, has quite a bit of development to go since they haven't added damage to vehicles. Or did you not see the porsche roll 3 times and keep on driving?"

Yeah, both of these points are why after I read the first chart and saw dead island 2 as first party for Sony, I just laughed and closed it.
