I thought the Killzone 2 even was in the morning?
That question about asking 10 different people and getting 10 different answer, I have a feeling most of those answer would be GTA, I think hes making a bold statement with that one, just like when he said I bet there wont be any PS3's on the shelves past 10min or something like that, and he put money on it, and alot of people start posting pics of PS3's sitting there for that amount of time, which was another bold statement made by him. Hopefully his plans do work out.
Right now pretty much every store is advertising the 5 free blu ray deal with PS3, + the 499 price drop, with those 2 things it should sell pretty good, up till about Wednesday and once the good announcements come from sony, sales will pick right back up again for some time, and then to follow that up the 80gig will release, and that should bring in some good sales because what consumer wouldnt like a free game and rumored rumble to be included.
Theres suppose to be a announcement on Thursday for UK, dealing with price.
Why would the new PS3 sku have problems? its the same system but with a bigger HD.
I believe at the end of this week or month, pretty much all countries should see a price drop. I mean the Big games are near, and games like Singstar for UK hits around july 28th I think, and in Japan Hot shots golf is hitting at the end of July, those 2 games right there should help out alot, and then in the US we have LAIR, and Warhawk.
That deal has nothing to do with when you purchase a PS3, thats an EB games deal, you would have to call them up and see if its still on.
You heard the CNET guy himself, he will wait for a price drop to get the PS3, and I guess he didnt recieve the news that its coming some time next week.
EDIT: with his type of job, I think he can go with 499.

This guy who wrote this article, has his info mixed up, why would sony almost 2 years in with the PSP make a whole new Hardware? Havent you guys heard of the rumor of a new slim PSP version coming out. Last I heard when something is slimmed down it doesnt make it part 2 of something, just like PS2 slim, its not PS2 2, I mean come on people.
I think this guy is a little slow, I doubt its the PSP2, and its the new model of the original PSP. Just like Sony stopped the 1st PS2 models from being stocked to bring out the newer slim PS2 out, I think its the same case here if indeed sony announces the new model PSP.
It is a PS3 controller, if you look at the last second the blur effect goes away when they switch to the next scene, and also the way hes using the joy sticks, its close together.
When it comes to game size MGS4 is to big, like others said there could be a different MGS game for the 360, but MGS4 is for the PS3.
If these numbers are correct, and sales tend to be getting better, then hopefully we hear Team Ninja speak of another Ninja Gaiden coming to PS3.
Wow look at this idiot coming in this thread now, and disagreeing with everyone. We should really get this system fixed so that no one comes in and disagrees for no reason, they have to make a point in order to disagree. Most likely a xbox fanboy who has nothing to do because A. He gets owned at whatever game he owns, B. His 360 broke down, or C. He just pretty much sucks at life so he spends time looking through sony news, and going down the list of post and disagreeing with people, how sad....
Just seeing it on a bad cam like this, but seeing how good it looks even from that point of view is WOW, the field and armies upon armies are massive the details are nice, I mean WOW.
I dont know what fool disagreed with you, but everyone that has 20/20 vision could see the blurred controller was indeed the 360 controller. I mean I've never seen a white PS3 controller, and why would they blurr out the PS3 controller when they have already showed it?
