I remember back in the day, staying up until 3am with my sisters working on getting the Diablo!
I would love to see RR on XLA, or PSN for that matter.
Brings me back.
I agree to a point.
The fact of the matter is though that it's a storage medium.
Yes if it was not in a PS3 it probably wouldn't be posted but it is still tech news.
N4G gave us an area for tech news.
I have to agree though, I would like to see a personalized filter so that we can choose what news we see on the front page.
I think that would be a really nice addition to the site.
Who knows. Maybe we ...
This is called News for Gamers.
If you noticed however the good folks who put this website together gave us a link called Industry News, and Tech.
Sony has made Blu-Ray part of the "Industry", and Blu-Ray is a Technology. I guess that means it falls under both categories.
If you do not wish to read NON-Gaming news your best bet is to not click on the link.
Just a thought.
The thing that bothers me about DD, is the fact that a typical HD movie is at least what... 20GB?
Unless we do a world wide internet provider update to 1000mbps.... waiting a day and a 1/2 for a movie to download does not sound very appealing to me.
Until then I will stick with optical disc.
"No information regarding pricing or content has been announced yet."
I thought the DLC was going to be free?
Could of swore I read that someplace quite a while ago.
Am I mistaken?
I enjoyed GoWar 1 even if it was fairly short.
I have a feeling in my gut they are going to try to fight with Resistance 2 for online superiority though.
At this point in time I still feel strongly about Resistance being a bigger hit this time around, but I am sure GoWar 2 will give it a run for it's money. Time will tell.
I love competition for this reason.
Makes for much better games in the long run.
"Games sell better on the Xbox 360 because they simply play better on Xbox 360."
This by a man that works for MS? What else do you expect him to say?
I am not doubting what he is saying, but seriously?
THIS JUST IN!: Toyota says "Toyota's drive better than Honda's".
If you intend on using Home a lot you may want to use a keyboard for typing out messages.
Just a thought.
Just as long as they give you an option to mute players.
Nothing worse that an annoying player, that is there JUST to annoy you.
This would easily become one of their media's.
Other than that, it's an un-needed but very cool addition.
The game is looking good.
Coming out of nowhere, and looking this good.
Not sure who would disagree with a opinion but they still manage.
Yeah that is a great screen shot.
I am really getting excited for this release.
It is actually "Come on down.. YOU are the next contestant....yadda yadda yadda") :)
"Backwards compatibility is a big issue. That's why Microsoft and Nintendo have it."
....really?
MS backwards compatibility? I have maybe 3 of my old Xbox games that even work in the 360.
Nintendo on the other hand great, but you really don't have an argument when you add BC on the 360 into the equation.
No they don't NEED money, but they do NEED to borrow it to buy Yahoo!.
Plain and simple.
They want Yahoo for X amount of money. Great! So in doing so they need to borrow the money so they can pay it back in short/long term. Pulling that kind of money right from their bank would send the investors into a tizzy.
It's much smarter for them to borrow the money, than to take it from their main account.
That's my point.
...
I really hope the take thier time with the polishing of this game, as it has the potential to be fantastic.
Either way... Vader rocks.
Being so successful has it's downside.
Imaging having to be the developers to create a new IP, after creating one of the highest rated/selling game franchises of all time.
I certainly hope they can handle it.
I trust Bungie though.
I have said it before, and I will say it again. I am glad that both companies are battling for supremacy. It will make for better systems, and better games in the long run.
Also... MS needs to borrow money to buy Yahoo.... they would need to borrow much more to go after Sony I would think.
Either way I doubt this will ever happen.
Thanks for your comment.
Can you please at least read the article?
but I can't stand people like this. Video games are no longer limited to children. If we went by these standards then I guess we should stop playing sports at 25, since its just a game.
BTW: I am turning 30 this year, and don't have a child and play video games like crazy. This is because my Wife is getting her PHD, and I have a full time career. I don't want a kid yet, and many people feel this same way. Ugh... im just venting.
Now move.... I am working on ...
"I believe we should pay a fee related to its production costs."
You think we should pay more, for games that cost the producer's more dev time?
I know there are games out that are in no way worth 60 dollars, but I'll be damned before I pay $100 for ANY game.
