Sweet.
That's why i didn't see it on the Forza 2 site.
Thanks Ford
I am heading out to the living room now. This makes me want to play Forza.
Although I am patiently waiting for this game, I will believe it when MS, and Turn 10 announce it.
This does not look offical at all to me. Hopefully it is though.
Last time I saw the figures, WoW was still growing.
8.5 million users last I heard.
You know the funny thing is I actually don't own a PS3 yet, but the more and more good press Sony is getting lately....
I think it's just about time to run out and pick one up.
Hopefully they will keep improving they way they are.
I agree, however this is the way I see it.
My sister (computer illiterate) called me up the other day asking if she should buy this "insert name here" computer because it has a 100GB HD, and 1GB of RAM.
Her current computer has 80GB HD that she does not even come close to using. She just saw bigger numbers, for less money than she spent 2 years ago.
What I am getting at is that to the everyday person, bigger numbers usually = better.

FordGT:
Not calling you out on this, but do you have a link or something to this info?
Not for proof, but I am genuinly curious to read this info. I was always under the impression that it was just a run of the mill HDD. I did not realize it was unique.
If not it's cool, but I would really like to read this.
It may not be a fair comparison but MS had as much right to hold off a launch date as Sony did. At least to up stocks before actaully releasing it.
I think it's fair to an extent. Granted Sony delayed the PAL release, and this is how it pays off. With good numbers that average consumers will see. Although I don't agree with the delay, MS had just as much option to do the same. Along with Nintendo.
Just my .02.
I dare say I am more excited for this than Forza 2, and Heavenly Sword.
I love me some rally, and this looks fantastic.
IGN seemed to be really impressed by it as well.
I said I love technology.
Not that I love how fast it moves. :)
I will let you have your opinion, but was that really needed?
I know they are working on "Holographic" storage.
Which pretty much dwarfs everything now a days.

This is a link to some info about it. It's really an amazing technology. Yet is quite a way off I think.
God I love technology.
I cannot agree with you more.
I used to sell computers when I was in High School. It is sad to say but there was even a point in time where we didn't need 100MB. That was "more space than we would ever need".
We are finding new ways to utilize this "space" so it's natural that we require more and more.
1TB sounds like a lot right now (and it is). But I GUARANTEE that in about 5 - 10 years we will be saying man we will never u...
It comes down to the person with the card.
I have many credit cards that I open just to get deals similar to this.
Yet I have no balance.
Think of it as only buying things with cash. If you intend on paying for a PS3 in cash, then sign up for the card, get the 100$ off and pay off the balance immediatly.
Don't let 30 days go by and your all set.
Close the account if you want, or just cut the card. It's just about s...
My guess is the 65nm Cell units?
I know you can't respond to this Green, but do you really feel that the PS2 was a let down?
I mean even before Xbox came out?
Although I agree it was a bit over hyped. I think the PS2 really worked out well for many people.
Wow.
I am very impressed.
Good job Sony! Keep it up.
Motorstorm = Great Arcade dirt racer
Dirt = Great Realistic dirt racer + Subaru + Mitsubishi
Two different games. I really wish people would stop compairing these two.
Either way I am very excited for this game.
This entire article is about having Picture in Picture when playing a BD?
I for one can't stand PIP, but can someone chime in with some benefits to this?
I am seriously curious.
When they say attach rate, does this mean the games bought at point of purchase of the system?
Or does this mean games bought for the system in general?
You know usually I would agree with you. Heavy hitters usually come out around the Nov-Dec area.
However I think in Sony's case, they HAVE to release a major title before fall.
