The 1st SC was my favorite. GameCube/PC was the best version imo.

I don't like RSV2 campaing as much as the multiplayer, but Ubi really made a complete game with RSV2. If only they nade more dlc maps for it. Still it's the only game I've played an entire gen since HL2 and fightnight.

They let you choose wich room to play in like Gears1. You go to the "Available Servers" menu, you see the rooms, see your ping in each room, and you choose wich one you want to play in. Simple really. I have no idea why they stopped doing this. How many times has somebody quit a laagy room only to be matched in the same room later???? This is why I went back to RainbowSixVegas2 and gave up on COD4. Devs are starting to do that on PC games too. We need to renounce as gamers this type...
It's totally broken. ever since Halo3, everybody is using a similar setup. Whatever happened to choosing your own room with the ping you wanted, like COD 2-3, Gears1, Rainbow six veagas 1-2, Warhawk etc?? This is why I upgraded my PC last year and started playing more on it. Not choosing wich room to play in will be the downfall of console online gaming. COD for PC started using a similar matchmaking system to consoles, making the ps360 version the definitive one. Sad really.
