The kick stand does exactly what it needs to do. I was using it today and didn't get even a wobble from the screen.
To be fair, you're comparing it to the best possible example of how DLC should be done. Cd Project Red are gods.
I don't actually know anyone who's had any of these issues with the console, as everyone I know who owns the thing has said that everything works perfectly.
I don't have a Switch personally, but from what I've seen it seems like these issues are fairly isolated, but the angry voice is always the loudest I guess.
I don't really understand the concept of reviewing a console, nevermind a numbered review. Just seems completely redundant to me.
The entitled PC "Master Race" strikes again.
Scum.
Multiplayer only? I'll pass.
If there's no physical release on the switch, i'll be buying it for a console that does have a physical release.
Easy as that.
Wand of Gamelon anyone?
I'm a PS4 owner, and I do care about the switch.
Yet you've just helped my argument. If it was priced the same as the consoles I listed then it would not be worthwhile, and as a result, definitely overpriced. But it's not. It's cheaper than they were at launch. And when you consider the fact that the closest comparison price-wise is the the Vita at launch, which was far less powerful and required an internet connection to even bring it close to the same as what the Switch is offering, this is price is pretty on-point.
...
The Nintendo haters are out in full force!
Previous prices at launch:
PS4: £349
PS4 Pro: £349
PS Vita: £279 (3g wifi model)
XBone: £429
Wii U: £300
Switch: £280
£280 for the switch is a STRONG launch price, and comparing it with the dropped pricing of consoles that came out 3 years ago is not a valuable comparison.
So saying "The PS4 is only ...
So 90% of current gen games?
MonkeyMan, if you check my comment history you'll see that i'm a big supporter of Nintendo. But what you may be forgetting is that for a long time Nintendo and Squeenix were not on the best of terms.
After FF7 got moved to PS1, a mainline Final Fantasy game hasn't been seen on a Nintendo console, and Sqare Enix completely ignored the gamecube.
If it is true it's still great news as you need 3rd party support in order to continue receiving...
If Cloud hadn't been included in the most recent iteration of Smash Brothers I would have never believed it, but since Squeenix and Nintendo have been quite pally recently I could see it happening.
Don't really care too much if FF7 is released on the Switch or not, but what does excite me is that if it is part of the presentation we'll be sure to get some info on how the game is coming along.
Gampelay was not the issue, as I found it to be the best since FF9. The only thing that let it down was the story.
Who cares.
It's not like it's a story driven game, and making this statement has no bearing on the game whatsoever. I don't even know why they'd make this statement apart from as an effort to get some bonus points from the LBGT community.
It's so sad that these days this kind of thing is almost seen as necessary just to keep people from feeling triggered or alienated.
Why are they no gay people in this game?
Something that costs £40 sold more units than something that costs £200!?
THAT'S CRAZY!
I just want to know where all the indie deals have gone. I'm never going to buy a digital copy of a retail game, unless it's sub £5, so this whole deals of christmas crap is just a massive let down as far as i'm concerned.
Robinson The Journey had the weird "Pie Chart" style of camera control which was seemingly in place to prevent motion sickness. Unfortunately I found that out the hard way when i turned it off and nearly threw-up!
I'd assume they'll go for a similar style of right stick control with the option to disable it for people who are fully adjusted to VR.
It's actually Tuesday more often than not. Which is always amazing for me as I have every Wednesday and Thursday off work.
