50% have used it yes. But once you get those 15 million people and work out the total hours used, you're only talking about around 30 hours per person on average.
I don't know about you, but 30 hours is about 1 week of gaming for me, and for a lot of people that could easily just be 3-4 days worth.

It's a shame that Inside launched on Xbox first, as rather than wait for the PS4 release, I watched a full LP of it on youtube and wound up with no desire to actually buy/play it.
