As much as I loved Dead space, I think the space ship setting and parasitic monsters/story are not original at all. So its good to see a horror/suspense game that is not about space monsters or zombies.
So not only is this game in a rather empty genra, It is really original. Not to mention the controls are much better then RE5, as you can walk and aim at the same time.

There were VG charts numbers for ONE DAY of AW sales in ONLY the OTHERS region.
Those numbers came out one the 15th, before the game was released in America, and after only one day of sales in the Others region. So about 88K for 1 day, in only one region, is pretty good for a game like AW.
I just buy the games I can then rent/borrow the rest. There are alot of great cheap older games too. It seems to me like new releases are dropping in price faster recently, so thats one good thing.
I agree that more games should be priced at 50$ or less. It would be smart because they wont be judged as harshly when compared to great games and they could sell alot more.
Edit-- There are plenty of games worth 60$ tho. To me anyways.

Its only a 15 min. ban. Which is fair as people quitting is usually because they are loosing, and it wastes the other peoples time.
They need to not charge for online for their games...simple.
It will Bite them in the a$$, guaranteed. People will buy used games without even knowing about this. And then people will end up not buying these games as much.
And ME2 does it the good way with free future content. I dont think paying for online is good at all, but it should force the price of used games down, which is good as fairly recent used games are overpriced already anyways.
Gamestop/others will have to offer decent used game prices now. I dont usually buy used because of the marginal savings anyways.

westerns and sandbox games seems to be like the perfect combination when done by good devs like R*.
