Really I wish they would make a new 16bit MMX game, but I dont know if that will ever happen.
halo controls do not copy GE. In GE Strafe and look up/down were on the c buttons, and the stick was forward and turn. Halo the left stick is strafe and forwards/backwards and the other is aim.
Turok on N64 controls more like halo and pc fps with the c-buttons acting like WASD on the keyboard, and the stick aiming.
GE was a great FPS, especially considering what they did with a n64.
Turok had crazy controls too and that was a great game.
I liked using the c-buttons to look up and down and kill people in multiplayer. They even had controls that you could use in singleplayer where two people control bond(crazy).
GE made FPS on consoles take off. I have all of those games you mention on PC and GE is great too.
Half-life one is my favorite FPS but it came a year after GE anyways.
new vegas is just like Fallout 3 but with motorcycles.
Im looking forward to new vegas.
But not at all for the multiplayer. I wish they left out the multi and spent that time on the SP.
I understand they think they might get more sales with the multi, but I doubt many people buy a game like DS for multiplayer. Sad thing is I see this game selling better than DS1 anyways, so EA will think the multiplayer helped.
I really liked that about halo1. Not to mention the mulitplayer. But really Im looking forward to playing co-op with my friends.
Ive been waiting for this for A LONG TIME. They must be doing a great job if its taking so long. And its free so Ill get it for sure. HL1 is my favorite game ever.
I liked the first more but for around 5 hours this is pretty good. If I had the game I would probably get this.
simcity, SC2000, and freaken SIM ANT were some of my favorite games back in the day.

I bet they will make more, me3 is a long way away. They will probably want to release some more DLC after the PS3 version arrives too.

I thought crackdown 1 was really good. The series has alot of potential but RW didnt make the sequel.
