In ordetr to sell a decent amout of consoles sony had to drop the price of ps3 TWiCE, not once, twice. I can guarentee that sony didnt even plan to drop the price once by this time, but they were totaly outa the race. 360 will drop price early next year and it will get a big sales boost especially if it gets to 200$. If sony drops the price of their ps3 any more over the next year then it is really screwd.
8.8 is a great score. It up to you if you love these kind of games you probaly would give it a 10 or 9.5. I would like to try this game no doubt if i had ps3. Dont let the reviews get you mad as it is still just someones opinion. I love assassins creed and people gave it a 7.0 or some poor grade while it is one of the few games that actualy push the limits of nextgen games. cause halo 3 has some of the funnest most addictive multiplayer ever(if you dont get pwned by 9 yr olds). It has lasting appeal that most games cant even come close to matching. Also halo 3 has good singleplayer which is fun with 4 player co-op (on or off line). Halo3 did what the original halo was supposed to be, and online war game with vehicles. Halo just came up with single player for the xbox version. Halo 3 just has wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more replay value, even if you play uncharted ...
I have a 360 and believe it is totaly up the the developer to create awsome games regardless of which system. There is still alot of unused potential for each system. I dont believe either system can ever be considered "more powerful" than the other, they are just too similar. I dont care which may be slightly better because there are still crappy games and amazing games on each system. I love burnout. I was totaly hooked on burnout 3 and 4 till I got all the gold metals. I cant wait for this game in beautiful HD.
usualy. you cant expect not to see long bad ass cutscenes in a MGs game. THe only weird part of the story is in MGS 2 when otocon tells snake that his step mother molested him . That part had me laughing so hard it made me forget abut having to be riaden.

I dont have this game or PS3 but I have HL2 and E1 on PC. my pc is way weaker than a ps3(except more RAM) and runs the game good, so id expect the problems arnt that bad. Both are good games and if you never played those(and like FPS) Id reccomend geting this. Id probaly buy orange box if they had put cs source on it.

I havent even thought of a wish list since I was like 10. Even when I wsa like 10 Id get the more mature games on 64(goldeneye, turok) or games that can appeal to everyone(mario/zelda-- now kiddified more than ever).
