Patcher is such a troll, but at least he's self-aware.
90% of weapons and armors are usless. There is not much skill or technique in the whole fighting, in the end it's only about hitting enemies hard, and be able to hit them again before they will attack.

The are three kind of writes in this world - good, bad and David Cage. Heavy Rain is a disaster, and a bag of lies that Cage sold to naive gamers. For me existence of Heavy Rain is an insult to all gamers across the globe. Text adventures games are more "game-like" than this.
Anyway, good list. I give it my Seal of Gold Quality.
For me the only good scary games for last few years were Siren for PS3 and Theriesia: Dear Emile for DS. Rest is a sad joke.

I only Like Selvaria from that list. She's a true badass (especially in the DLC missions). Rest is or creepy or ugly or retarded. And putting Samus on that list proves Nintendo completely raped that character and destroyed everything that was cool about her.
I think bothering with additional 500 000 (at best) copies sold is not worth all the problem of porting game to X360. Xbots care only about Halo, FF is for them like an abstraction, they don't get it, and don't care for it.

Demo is not a good idea to start, as Yakuza games are very cinematic and story based (and you won't see that in a demo too much).
Yakuza, VF5 and Valkyria Chronicles are proof that SEGA still can kick @ss!
yeah, yeah, buy all that stuff and then go online and try kicking some @ss, and you will discover that guys with a dualschock3 and normal tvs p3wn the living $hit out of you.
All that garbage is just an equivalent of a tacky sparkling decoration to attract the n00bs. Real gamers don't need, or want any of that $hit.

I agree. Those game are overated. And Heavy Rain is even a crap. And I don't care what you will do to me for saying that.
I don't have hope for a decent DoA game on X360/PS3. Even if that happens (I mean a release for HD consoles), I'm afraid it will be a buggy mess just like Sigma 2 was. Plus dimension new clothes and character look just plain awful.
