Wooooah there Nelly.
Tampers with reviews? That's a pretty bold statement to make. Not only is what Mr Bun and CrzyFooL point out perfectly valid, but making such an accusation of a company tampering with reviews is just lunacy.
The guy who wrote this review wrote it under his own steam with no input from anyone else. More to the point at no point will TGR accept a request from the developer or publisher to change it. I imagine the same can be said of 99....
Yeah it's good to see both platforms getting some nice exclusive titles, even these little XBLA games make all the difference...
Yeah it's a little unfortunate so close to Christmas...
For a couple of minutes and a few clicks, it'll make a huge difference to some people... :)
I guess they're just aiming to entice people with other types of offers...
It's an opinion piece, you don't need to agree :)
Tell you something though, your point about an SD card being standard is a great one. Memory Sticks are too uncommon and expensive as a result. Releasing another console now with a Memory Card only slot would be like releasing a laptop with only Firewire and no USB.
Good point on BC, I think that's a fairly crucial thing to include...
Seems like a sensible idea, unless you specifically want a rallying game in which case it's worth a look pretty much straight away.
All great games! Trouble is that article could've gone on for a looooong time if every unique game was included..! Comment on the article itself, might even get added :)
Arvis, the reason I'm mildly disappointed about the livery thing is that it's all Forza players ever bang on about. It's all they've got over what GT5 promises to be, and you know as well as I do the fanboys will be out in force pointing out everything GT5 hasn't got. That's all I was getting at.
It can be the best game ever made, and some Forza nuts will still pop up pointing out you can only race your Ferrari in red, black or yellow. Yeah it's th...
Very true.
It does make you wonder how long it'll take before the line between real life and CG blurs to the extent it's almost impossible to tell the difference. People say that'll never happen, but 15 years ago I doubt many people would be able to imagine the iPhone existing.
I was really looking forward to this. Been after a "real" rallying game for ages. Still, it's not a terrible score, might be worth picking up when it drops a few quid.
Is it trolling? Apologies if my comments seem that way, it's not what I was intending. I'm actually really looking forward to GT5, I'm convinced it'll be an incredible game. Just a shame they missed a chance to really stick it to Forza.
As for the bugs and glitches seen lately, the videos aren't of the final build so there's no way of knowing how the final product will appear. I really hope it's super polished, a lot of people have waited a long ti...
Maybe I should've said they haven't announced it. But you'd have thought they would be bigging it up if it was there...
Most likely to still be the best we'll have seen on the PS3, livery designer or not.
I must say after all the development time I'm gutted they haven't included a Forza-esque livery designer, but you're right, if it's too buggy at launch there'll be nothing to hide behind.
Great to see how much people are enjoying the game despite the well-documented bugs. 8.6/10... time to start scoring out of 100? ;)
Good read though.
Look, if you don't even read the article then there's no point having a paddy about it. The intro here clearly suggests it's a two sided article.
And your newly edited comment about the wheel being a learning curve proves you haven't read the whole article. Figures.
And edited again to stop yourself looking stupid? Smooth.
I think you missed the point somewhat.
Oh. Didn't know that. That's shut me up ;)
