I really don't enjoy the system the interface is slow and clunky and very plain. The games as a whole are not very good IMO. I just don't use the system anymore. I had the calibration problem once cleaned my camera everything was cool after that.

Hey man if I pick up a car that is 4 feet wider then most and I can see it won't fit on the road without a police escort that's my problem if I buy it and am unhappy when I get it home. I'm sorry I don't feel bad for them they would have known all these things before hand just by testing the product. This is there own fault and no one to blame except them. They released RROD knowing it was a problem and somehow walked out relatively unscathed IMO so Karma I guess finally caught up with them.

played mag with move and it works pretty good right now the controls are not the greatest and you get a little owned but I could see it working as things evolve. That's the beauty though they can evolve it the tech is all the xbox would have to add another peripheral and probably some tech to read said peripheral. Who knows time will tell they have deep pockets they have bought their way to success before... I'm sure they will do it again.

Kinect can't succeed on it's own especially for hardcore games with-ought a peripheral.

How is a camera innovative we have already had that with the eye. Just because the hype and advertise more does not make it inventive unlike the other 2. Even the games have all been done in some sort. Eye pet for example is similar to kinectimals or whatever it's called.

Bowling and racing that's not innovative even the adventure one was kinda done with the wii fit one mind you this one looks a little better. \

I read a review by a guy that said kinect was good but throut the whole article he said:

ping-pong - you can't control where the ball actually goes you could even just waive your hand and you would hit it.

racing game - you don't control gas or break just steering.

How is this better technology I have less control while playing games that I have played many times with more control. Might as well just bring pong back.

What better way are they supposed to do it if they want to limit it for the 1st little bit. They will probably release it to more later and if not who cares it's just the beta ya it would be cool to play it early but nothing to get all pissy about.

Is it just me or does valve play the same marketing schemes as Microsoft. It's seemed for a while they were Micro this screw PS3 this... Which worked probably great for them to still sell lots of copies on the other system and might have even gotten them free cash from xbox. Now they start PS3 is awesome xbox sucks. So now they get to release all their games again (great games I'm sure don't get me wrong) and get paid all over for the same product. Am I just loosing it??

I agree 100% the adds I've seen in bestbuy and futureshop totally gear it towards the same market as wii but because it's xbox the kids that are yammering at their uneducated parents will buy it for them. dreamcast was one of the best systems on the market in it's time they couldn't market it it failed. Beta was the better product again couldn't market it, it failed. Just because it sells more does not mean it's better but that's your only argument every time.
