Forza 4 looks good and plays well, but the underlining fact (from playing the demo) is that the physics weren't hyper realistic, which can be a good thing if you consider that perhaps it is catering for those who aren't necessary vested in the racing genre.
Well if they at least have the "smoothing" feature on these games it'll still be good.
From the pictures the person holding the stylus indicates the screen is the resistive touchscreen type, can someone say otherwise?
Not a good idea when you are already holding a slab with both hands.
Did you even read the comments here or did you just assume the worse so you could troll.
I was merely quoting the words of the article.
" It had weird Blade Runner style graphics and story that made it stand out"
Blade runner inspired visuals and story, check
"So, the keys to the success of the original Syndicate were a highly creative art style, character levelling"
Unique art style and character progression, check.
All this article did was confirm that this game is very much Syndicate except stubbornly refuses to admit it is Syndicate si...
It's been so long since the pilot teaser trailer, thank the heavens this didn't become vaporware.
Right on, unfortunately there is a delay with the Amazon shipment till post September 29.
Id software weren't kidding around when they were making this game. Looks like they went all out on content.
But you wouldn't be on the bus when you sue, you'd be on the bus after you sue, right?:)
"Figures to date for 3DS are actually most similar to DS so far, which launched weakly after holiday 2004 but ramped up substantially from 2006 onwards. This is a significant achievement considering the DS launched during holiday season whereas the 3DS launched in February/March."
Contradictory, what launched during 2006 that ramped up the DS? Oh yes that'll be the DS Lite, and what date was that? That'll be March of 2006.
Sorry but the 3DS...
You can sue them if you write a letter to Sony saying you opt out of their T&C, yes you get banned and no longer receive the PSN service, but why would want to continue using the service if you are obviously dissatisfied with it enough to sue them.
With that I don't see how your rights have changed in anyway, other then the fact that you are inconvenienced by having to write one measly letter.
You've talked a lot about advertisement, but only really mention TV ads that you saw. Read the article and you will see that successful advertisement involves creating a culture to back up your claims using: relevant celebrity endorsements, huge launch parties and cross-promotion.
In my opinion Sony has not done this, they have really either done one or the other and never simultaneously, you don't exactly see Sony going out there holding massive New York Times Squar...
Well why don't you think about this, if you play on the PSN you are obviously enjoying the service, if you somehow feel the PSN is less then satisfactory and choose to sue for the harm it has caused, why would you continue to use such a service.
The EULA doesn't change anything, other than stating the plain obvious. In fact it can actually protect you in court given that if you choose to sue and you opt out, you are no longer a member of the PSN.
I'm not going to bother clicking on the link because it's Kotaku.
But on the topic, I don't think the Japanese avoid western games, it just so happens that many western games are FPS and by extension involve deathmatch or TDM style gameplay, which the Japanese do not like. If you look at what is popular in Japan right now, you will see that they are coop games with objectives, such as Monster Hunter.
L4D received some reasonable sales in Japan an...
I'm not so much excited about this being a Move game but rather that it is a Sony funded game. Sony have made quite a few excellent horror titles such as the Siren series or Rule of Rose, the pedigree is there.
Sorry, but that's just you.
"The access point must be set for and support WPA-PSK (TKIP) or WPA-PSK (AES)."
http://us.playstation.com/s...
WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES] has what the PSP uses.
I'm not disappointed about the size (you get over it), I'm disappointed at the fact that this could have been an extended battery for the 3DS. I mean the main people who will use this are those who will play Monster Hunter, which means wifi on; such a wasted opportunity.
From a strategy point of view, Syndicate will lose out, but in a story point of view Syndicate benefit greatly from this reboot.
There has been lot's of whining about this new approach, but look at it from the developers point of view, the market doesn't even know what Syndicate is, so how can you expect a hardcore isometric strategy game to succeed.
Let this game be a story-driven FPS that will sell and lay the foundation for a franchise reboot, th...
Logitech G27 support is all I care about in this update, that wheel is one epic peripheral.
