Not always... And often if the game is built around mobile it would be very interesting even with a controller. I play Minecraft with my 360 via usb adapter and it works pretty well but then you have to support the phone somehow... And if you need to take a controller and screen holder along might as well get a switch where your odds of getting full games with microtransaction gimmicks are way better.
I bought it on 360 but never had time to play it properly. Would love a re release on the Switch to be able to pick it up and play it anywhere :)
It had it's flaws but damn I agree the setting was super well done, the graphics, the scale, soundtrack, intro to wilderness parkour, hunting, ship battles, it paved the way to AC4.
these would be easy to even add as an optionnal patch... but regardless I may be a minority but I genuinely loved that game being my second AC game after Brotherhood. I loved the setting (more than the characters though), graphics, crowds, snow environments, soundtrack was amazing, intro to naval combat (epic!!!), the traversal, hunting etc. The more I think about it the less I understand the hate. I think AC3 introduced all the major things that made AC4 such a cool game and in that respect ...
I feel as though mobile games will always suck because of lack of built in controller... I don’t care for iPhone Xs being more powerful than Switch, better graphics are worthless without a proper controller. (never mind the scarcity of quality games that aren’t cheap micro transactions filled crap games)
I doubt it will « always » be like that but certainly for the foreseable future in most countries.

it is a bit much putting it in the same category as Wii U. I mean Wii U was not a huge hit but still had a lot of great games vs Virtual Boy had absolutely nothing good :P
overall if you skipped on the Wii U versions like myself it seems like a really enticing package with pretty good value :) I would prefer a 3D World 2 but maybe I am dreaming but a bundle of a 3D World with a new game would be amazing!
maybe there is a chance it gets a remaster in the future? I am still overwhelmed by the amount of games announced!! finally grabbing a switch on Sunday and I am even more excited :). All other games hd been previously re-released on some platform... maybe FFVIII would benefit from it’’s own, separate remaster + announcement?

I always felt like Killzone and Resistance were made to counter the likes of Halo and Gears of War meanwhile Sony's studios shine best when they don't limit themselves to the fps genre...

Even if ray tracing is the future of real time rendering I wouldn't be surprised if this tech gets implemented without Nvidia cards sooner or later and I doubt green team is gonna be suddenly dominating even more the competion because RTX. Just like hairworks... Looked good when it came out but it killed performance and arguably by the time it ran well there were very attractive alternatives.
