of course but there is no denying physical media is still going strong in gaming contrary other forms of entertainment.

I can only agree with 50 % of that so yeah disliked.

I wonder that too and whether some customers are buying this year's COD unaware of the lack of a single player campaign...

I can't wait to see next year's numbers when a bunch of regular COD buyers will have been burnt by this terrible entry and they decide whether to ditch the series once and for good.

it's probably an important factor... but there is much more to it.

@Sunny_D Costco :)

demos sure, reviews? What, seriously?

It is a mediocre sale... But I am optimistic it'll get more interesting going into the holidays :)

I love mine, what do you not like about the current joycons?

2656d ago 2 agree2 disagreeView comment

@optimus I think I'm getting there slowly... mostly for the clutter/physical space :). I had heard about that microsoft buying back digital copies... but then I think they went with the subscription service instead and it does make a lot of sense. Maybe I'll go back to playing Xbox next gen at 9.99 per month :)

@optimus I agree with you... I think I am dramatic. Yet I am very happy the way I am I buy tons of games on PS4 and nothing on PC although my laptop is considerably more powerful... I will consider purchasing a subscription service but I don't buy games if I don't feel I own them... i.e. I can't lend them to a friend or resell them if they suck. (And I do keep 99 % of my games in a collection)

I'm super satisfied with my current gen hardware but damn I can't wait to see what talented devs can do with even more powerful hardware.

You're right they're also pushing gamers like me away from buying their games

I don't understand all the complexity of video game programming but I can't imagine they don't have enough of 100GB? I mean it's not like they have pre-rendered 4K cutscenes... Why can't they do something like offer to compress a few textures with options to download higher fidelity ? My PS4 Pro does render games wayyyy better than my switch but damn I can fit probably 20 games in 100 GB!

If the physical version of Red Dead Redemption requires that too I will delay my purchase a couple years until I get a decent internet and I grab the game at 10-15$... give us two discs damn it! Blu Ray are dirt cheap nowadays!?!

Bethesda publishes some amazing looking games including Doom, Wolfenstein 2 and even open world games like Rage 2 look pretty dope! ... and then there is crap like this. Seriously are they just counting on Modders to make their games looks half decent?

2657d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

still the least of the reasons why I won't be buying this game :P

2657d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

I sold my PS4 original at almost the same price as I bought because it was on an older firmware... (taking dust for a while). I advertised it as 'hackable' but left it factory default... Used the money to buy a pro which is taking dust again lmao... yeah smh at myself.

2657d ago 1 agree2 disagreeView comment

Damn and already I found those games too hard :P

Between Rayman Legends, Child of Light (coming on Switch this week I think?), Mario + Rabbids and now Starlink with Starfox characters, these are the kind of games I would love to see more of from Ubisoft!!! I enjoy Assassin's creed... But grew tired of it... Those other games are refreshing. Would love more Nintendo-Ubisoft collaborations too!
