you cant just run everything with 60 fps just because it is remastered and you have a next gen system. Keeping 60 fps costs so much power and with 30 fps the image quality is better for ps4 and xbox one. a fully implemented constant 30 fps with nice sharp 1080p and nice aa is something I prefer in this type of game.

You sound like the game is very bad. Well, that is your own opinion. I've played it on Xbox One and found it really fun to play. It is made of much higher quality like your mentioned Damnation.
Actually it makes sense to review/test a game before launch or right at release to be honest. Of course there is nothing like fact that a game has to be reviewed day one but I like it when the game gets tested even a few days before it gets released.
But it does not make it worse either. This game will looks amazing on PC. I'll buy it for the visuals alone with the Xbox One Pad for PC when it is cheaper.
Actually it is far better and improved than the PC version. It is an amazing summer release for PS4 and the best version of Diablo 3.

Yes, for a console really getting started in 2014 there should have been the raw-power of pulling out 1080p and solid fps. And the visuals should be great at that resolution too. Things like quality anti aliasing should be standard in most games. But I think we are on a pretty good way. The PS4 has great games and they will improve even more. Same goes for Xbox One. It will get better. But will it last on the long run when games getting more visually stunning or complicated? Well, I don'...

I have it for PC and PS4. It's a shame on PC. It stutters all the time and feels really laggy.
Screw the mods or ultra-setting if the game runs like crap. I'm trying to complete it on PS4 now. I will buy my new games mostly for PS4 in the future because I dont want to wait weeks for updated and drivers while the console players already completeted it and move to the next game. Only good PC ports will be bought now. Im sick of buying a game and waiting ...

I have a better feeling with unlocked 30 instead of locked 30 tbh. Killzone SF plays much better like that. When ND takes 60 locked they need to sacrifice image quality a bit. So why not not make the game sweet 30 FPS with no limit. So when the FPS rise to 45 it's ok. Consitent framerate is more important on PC than on consoles.
It's smaller than Infamous so you can expect even better visuals. And I:SS already looks so good. I can't wait to see Uncharted gameplay. How everything will look. The weapons, the whole setting. If they are going for unlocked 30 FPS it will be one of the best looking games in history on mankind.
