lol, that console gamers. so funny.
But better special than freaking normal or not? Go for what you passion is.
you are no dog. read how to do it properly. you have one amazing next gen card. you can downsample current games like mordor, alien and evil and the still run very good. im playing fifa 15 in 4k for example which not that heavy for gpu but looks so good and humiliates the console versions.
Owning such card does not make you see anything. Are you doing it correctly? Even a dog should see the increase in resolution and fidelity.
A bad joke *fixed*
DSR is something really amazing. Especially for people with heavy GPUs. You can get much better image quality and superb AA by downsampling the image. And who said you'll have to go with 4k? You can choose lower resolutions above 1080p and sample it down and get a better picture by not killing your GPU. When star doing this you finally realize how good games can look by just improving resolution. That is because pc gamers mostly laugh about 900p becaus...
you can't transfer this to the engine. console specs stay the same the whole gen. so that would mean you need to stay on that level of quality or engine the whole time. but things evolve and get better. dont just talk bad about cod to get agrees.
Quake 4?
When the game is on disc how you gonna patch that b!ch? you need to patch it after installation. So via download or the patch files are on stick or something ready for installation for your game.
you talking like gamepad is super fine on shooters. I can't take you serious. sorry. you must be a bunch of gamers who play with gamepad shooters on pc. have a nice day.
What kind of human plays Shooters on PC with Gamepad? Well, Third Person is ok. Even Alien Isolation is ok because Shooting is not that much of a big deal. On consoles it is ok and normal and plays fine. But PC Shooters should play best with mouse and keyboard.
edit:
yes, competitively it is important but when you play Crysis or even Borderlands don't you want to aim for perfect headshots and 100% control?
Sometimes the bug/problem is not the hardware or software. The problem sits in front of the PC.
Plenty of time doesnt make your hardware better. Such a big game with so much things going on an fast driving with "solid, stable 60 FPS in crisp 1080p". This is even hard to achieve on PC for most people. I hope they unlock it above 30 FPS. Because even 35 FPS feel much better than 30 FPS and you still can have nice image quality.
There is enough power for high quality textures. Thing is what is going on screen and what does the developer want in the game. It's not just a strange coincidence that exclusives on consoles have much better visuals than multis. They are developed around the specific hardware. Even things a distance can be rendered sharp and good looking because you can use all the tricks the system has. Which take a hell of time but you have this time when you are developing exclusively. But the more sy...
no it is not. when you look at wall at night an say it is black and the next day you see it is freaking white you were wrong at night. what is and what you think you see are two different pairs of shoes.
Sky is never blue. That is just the way we see it with our eyes during daytime.
"Sunlight reaches Earth's atmosphere and is scattered in all directions by all the gases and particles in the air. Blue light is scattered in all directions by the tiny molecules of air in Earth's atmosphere. Blue is scattered more than other colors because it travels as shorter, smaller waves. This is why we see a blue sky most of the time"
Their origins are on PC and they are proud of that. This no bs talking they focus on PC and make this the best version of all platforms.
It doesn't just look better it's the best looking playable piece of 3d software ever made. The gameplay is fun too. Cant wait to play it this weekend on my PC.
Uncharted 4 will not be as technically advanced and impressive as Ryse on PC. Fact! Stop dreaming in 900p.
Assassins Creed - Parity
A shame to release a game end 2014 in 900p with 30FPS an call it a true next-gen experience.
It's nothing personal. But I'm glad you are not Microsoft.
