People always forget that you cannot compare these digits to games that will be next year on Scorpio. Of course 4k @ 60 FPS will be possible. It is a matter of configuration the right details. When you have 4k and a decent temporal anti-aliasing which we have by now you won't need another heavy use of AA. Also other details like shadows etc can be turned down. Of course when you always want ULTRA you can buy a new GPU every year.

You can say that they squeezed everything out of the PS3 and Xbox 360 but PS4 and Xbox One are just starting. And that is fine.
They can have a taste of it as long as they know their place.
The PS4 has to work with its CPU. If the GPU could pull out 10 FPS more but the CPU not there is no point in this. BTW a 7870 and 760 are faster than the GPUs in the current-gen consoles.
Sharpness and Anti Aliasing will make it look much more appealing to the eyes and I suppose there are other things which will be better on PC. I cannot wait to be honest. I really cannot wait anymore.
Dude, a GTX 970 and i5/i7 is not simple for everyone. Hardware costs a lot of money and nowadays you have to look twice before buying expensive hardware. And some people can't even buy a PS4 if they can't max it out. Life is not that easy as your comments sounds ...
