I knew this wouldn't look next-gen, it looks good: better than the previous titles, but NOT NEXT-GEN, not the big jump from a machine to another machine which requires the shifting from an engine to a enwer engine(which this game failed to do). Indeed, that is what I thought too. For a game that its pure gameplay relies on cars, WD has PS2 like cars even on ultra while ISS has much better cars even though you don't drive them. Not only that, but characters' models, textures lighting and of course particules are way better in ISS and you have more freedom and more places to visit in ISS because you can even go on the roofs of buildings while in WD I am sure those parts aren't even modeled lol, but the most important thing...
