I played beta on ps3, x360, and PC.
PS3 weakness comparing to x360:
1. Texture pop out
2. Screen tearing
3. Running not as smoothly as x360
For a honesty gamer, PC FPS is dead.

I remember 30FPS thing just mentioned by IW/Activision.
This movement sucks as most of snipers will just keep moving a little bit to avoid reflection.
This will cause huge balance issues.
Expect to meet lots of campers.
Don't waste your money on PC as there will be lots of aimbot and walling on PC.
Play FPS on console, LESS hackers.
