The argument about used games not giving money to devs is fake. They get just a few percent of those money anyway. And it's just the money they get from initial sales. If you buy an unused game after half a year or year, devs don't get anything anyway. Their contract are in 95% cases not based on sales. If a game sells well, they may get a bonus or another contract, that's all. The rest of the money goes to the publisher, the greedy bastards that are managers, CEOs and marketing p...

@DoomeDx: I know what spectator mode is, was implemented in many games. Yes, you can fly around without being involved AND record. Like a bodyless MAV which cannot be shot (see how easy it is for them to implement it?)
But then you can use FRAPS (or HD recorder in case of consoles) to record games. Would be a nice feature for clans.
Capturing images means dedicating some memory to this function. With such constraints as modern consoles have, it's hard to imagine devs would include it instead of something game-related. This feature would have to be included in the OS with memory reserved for it, like cross-chat. Maybe it's coming with PS4 after being in Vita. But don't count on live recording of games. Publishers wouldn't agree to include it for every game, too many people watch walkthroughs instead of pla...
Maybe they don't focus so many resources on US markets because they know you'll buy your xboxes anyway, no matter the value? I'm not attacking anybody, just making an observation. I see a lot of Sony ads here, in gaming-related media and outside of them. This usually involves Move.
