I don't get why they disabled the dislike/like counter but kept comments open. If anything it'll just result in more disgruntled comments than the masses they were already getting.

The PC version has few issues i believe. The Vita version is smooth as silk, looks great too

It's odd this happened in such a manner. I don't watch a vast amount of DOTA2 events but i dip in and out. For the most part, production has always been great and everything seems to go smoothly. The Shanghai Major was just a utter mess from top to bottom.
