The 151 negative reviews on Steam...hence why it says reviews rather than negative rating
about 90% of the Negative reviews are all on this one issue. All they needed to do was pit it in the description. Bit of a oversight :P
Lost Odyssey would do me just fine
i always find these kind of games..relaxing? just hanging out in the stars
Devilmon will forever be the creepiest looking Digimon ever
I think part of the problem is the sub-genre seems to be melting into one big clump. They all tend to share the same features and concepts, with only very little changes.
I'd still like to be able to play as an undead in some form. E.g. getting infected and dying allows you to play as a reanimated version of your character
Pretty much. Heck, they could even drop a few references and Samus-themed gear in there and people would still be cool with it.
I can imagine there would be temptation to use the brand name in order to hit sales figures, but i don't think they ever expected this reaction.
Loved Alan Wake...well apart from them selling the ending as DLC lol
It felt like a open goal, what can i say :P
I'm honestly still happy to play the game, but i get why people are annoyed.
Hopefully they'll release a demo or two so people get hands on with the game, feels like the best thing they could do at this point...aside from dropping the Metroid prefix lol
I used to be into unlocking all the achievements i could in most games i owned. As i got older i just did not have time patience for it, plus some games were just bugged.
It's weird, but cool, that such a simple feature has spawned its own culture
The cuts still look a bit...fake? the perfect lines just look weird
Where's EA ;)?
I played this at like 3 am with barely any sleep. The visual will trip you out to the point of starry eyed delight. Not sure that's what they intended mind :P
I suppose there's at least virtual console...the Metroid Prime collection is still pretty top notch.
Feels a bit odd that there's no new Metroid on Wii U mind, the pad felt like it was tailor made for the franchise
Exactly. I think it's a mixture of the game being revealed at the wrong time too. People went into E3 hoping for a true new Metroid, fresh off the underwhelming back of Other M. Instead of a genuine Metroid they got this spin off...which showed pretty 'blugh' gameplay footage upon its reveal.
I still have time for the game personally, but i can understand the negative feeling towards it
These 'TV cross overs' also worry me. I think it's mainly down to defiance and the way the game felt restricted by attempts to stay in touch with the show.
The effort behind Quantum seems a bit more focused and sustainable though, more than happy to be proved wrong when it comes out!
In fairness, can you remember the last time a game was met with such fierce rejection from the market it's directly targeting?
It must be a PR nightmare for the team working the respective area
As much as i liked Heavy Rain, there's so many sections which felt like filler. On the plus side, least it gave us 'JASSSSOOON?' sound clip to enjoy :P
i'm just gonna hold back for a good deal on Doom on pc
