I agree, the touch screen input is something that can really help LBP in terms of creativity and game play.
^ And God of War
LBP karting, AC3 liberation, COD vita
Even a trailer showing little to no gameplay of the COD vita would have been enough to wet the mouths of gamers and the media. A logo and mere mention of the game we already knew was coming but knew nothing else about just pissed us off and left us hanging.
Vita might be able to run the COD4 engine. COD hasn't really been pushing the limits on graphics or anything. I just hope it has a legit multiplayer experience.
Resistance Burning Skies wasn't really the greatest FPS of all time by any means but it was a great tech demo for what is possible on the vita. It gives me hope for Killzone and COD vita.
They had all kinds of games.. Like Dance Central 3 and COD BLOPS2 and..
Breaking news! COD 32 was just announced to have MS exclusive timed DLC!
I skipped the last COD and I will skip this one.
Yeah on what standard are they rating this? There's not a game out there that they can compare it to.
Dual analog portable game with physical buttons and online multiplayer..
Then they give it a 3.5 but compared to what? CONSOLES? iPAD?
I have absolutely never had any of this happen to me.
Online works perfectly for me. My only complaint is that it can use more maps and game types.
It is not hard at all to find full rooms. Matchmaking is great. Large matches of 8 people or small matches of 4. Only a few game types though..
Team deathmatch - 2v2 or 4v4
Deathmatch - every man for himself 4 or 8 players
Survival mode - (really fun but short) 8 players, 7 human and one chimera. Each human that dies is converted to chimera until every last human is killed. Run and hide!
The only down sides to the multiplaye...
Finally a site review that doesn't compare it to consoles but rather other mobile games and devices! The single player was decent, short but fun. Multiplayer is a lot of fun, I just hope they support it with new maps and possible game modes in future DLC to keep the community active. An online multiplayer FPS with dual analog sticks for a portable device... AWESOME.
I love when people trash talk the PS3 when it comes to multiplats but they hide under their bridges when the topic is exclusive games.
Lazy cheap ports result in half ass products. I didn't plan to get this game in the first place.
Amen.. sadly.
Hahaha ^
Not necessarily. The PS3 version of the PS4 could be cloud based. You pay a subscription fee to access the service and buy the games digitally. The hardware that actually runs the game would be in the cloud. For others that don't want to pay the monthly service, they can buy the new hardware and buy physical copies of the games.
Yeah that would be pretty damn epic. Starting off with an already established install base.
What's the point in download only when you can have both? Bluray is still a great format for HD content and when it can double as a BR player in the living room it is an advantage.
I agree, the franchise is the only thing it has going for it. Being a spin off doesn't help.
