how can anyone see this as a bad thing? If a person doesn't own a PS3 or a PS2, will be stupid not to take advantage of a deal like this... if it's real. It hardly matters. If you own a PS3, why would you complain, how would this possible affect you? Actual its most common on older 60 GB SKUs. The newer 80 GB SKU and above with smaller 65nm chip seems to have resovled this 'issue' for the most part.

out of all the details of God of War 3 that came out at GDC, this is what gets headlines? I mean, how about the intense detailed gore, or the massive number of enemies on screen etc etc... this non-issue gets its own headline. None of the previous GOW titles had 60 FPS locked, why care now? Industry standard is 30 FPS... for f**k sake, this site will never be taken seriously.
Just because God of War 3 isn't locked at 60 FPS doesn't tell us anything about the average FPS. I'm sure the majority of the game is at 60 FPS but has to dip on occations. So stop making such a big deal about it. How many games even run at 60 FPS at all, especially a game with this much detail. Hell, show me Gears of War and I'll show you a game not even locked at 30 FPS.

The article or Bioware have made no 'offical' announcment about a PS3 version of Mass Effect 2 (at all). That is not the same thing as "Mass Effect 2 not on PS3". Tecmo didn't mention the PS3 version of Ninja Gaiden 2 for the PS3, but it is still coming.

I played the single player campain till I realized that enemies respawn endlessly until you cross an invisable line. I was half-way through the campain when I can across a house that had a endless wave of enemies flooding out. Then I simply moved forward about 2 feet and then they stopped attacking or respawning. That really killed the 'realism' factor they were going for. That is a sign of poor game design to rely so heavly on respawning enemies and EXTREMELY linear level design.
