Resident Evil series name sake is in the horror genre. If Capcom wanted this to be an action game then it should have adapted a design and control mechanic that would work for it.
The controls were aweful in the demo and the inventory is just lame. Your AI partner did nothing but take ammo and health and cried for help way too often and never helped.

The problem is the multiplayer is designed to be fast paced with slow controls. I understand if they wanted a more tactical approach to MP, but the MP design just goes against that. They should have left in the cover system- that would make it more tactical. Also, the weapons are really limited. I mean where is the ISA version of the weapons like the sniper rifle?
All this could be solved with an update, but the problem is they need to realize it.

It is just an software up date for Unreal 3. It adds a few features like split screen. As for the Titan Pack, it will be released March 19 and will be located in the Playstation Store under 'add-ons'.
I just recently bought Unreal 3 for 8 dollars. Even for 19.99 (current retail price) the game is still well worth the purchase. Especially if want to game without hurting your wallet.

I think they may have adjusted the 'dead zone' for the directional controls ever so slightly. I noticed its easier to shift from right to left. I thought it was just me, but now the game feels a bit more responsive.
Also, no one knows exactly what was in that patch... it was 16 mb. It doesn't take 16 mb to restrict fuctions (like bots).

Any developer that would allow their IP to be poorly released on any platform without proper support is a 'crappy developer'. Valve and Gabe may hate Sony, but they only hurt PS3 gamers.

Off the top of my head; IGN, Game Trailers, and X-Play all have reviewed the multiplayer portion of Killzone 2. The MP was playable for reviews and recently the servers were changed to accommodate more traffic.
Anyway, Halo 3 and Gears of War 2 was reviewed well before its multiplayer was playable to the general public. Not to mention Gears of War 2, though highly praised by reviews, and a broken multiplayer. The reviews failed to mention that at all.
I pay 60+ f@#king dollars for a game that is shorter than its predecessor and now they want to charge me for a multiplayer mode? What a (bad)joke this has turned out to be.
