I had a PS3 first, then bought a Xbox 360. It definitely felt like a down grade.
The xbox is a poorly made toy. I've had it overheat, the front USB cover brake off, the drive died, the controller analog stick doesn't re-center correctly and a character will move very slowly by itself.
The Xbox is a Online-FPS-toy. People are tiring of FPSs. I was tired of them in 1995, maybe that's why I haven't been too impressed with the Xbox.
