You see, it used to be the xbox trolls could KIND OF get away with saying things like that, and some people might think "well, maybe he really does feel that way".
But really, the trolling now is in no way funny or aggravating. We can now see that you're just some turd at a keyboard, trying to think of stupid things to say to annoy the other fanboys.
You need to take trolling 101 and learn that you can't compliment and glorify a totally fa...

In before Omega saying:
"Huh, only 4 out of 5, I guess Sony isn't really trying too hard. Doubt if this even makes a profit.
As we speak, I'm guessing Sony execs are trying to find a way to gracefully bow out of the console business."

MS recently announced that they were making a nice profit
It's not justified.
It really all boils down to Halo. The biggest online game coming out with a major release. Xbox owners have no choice, they HAVE to play Halo, therefore they HAVE to subscribe to Live. MS can get away with charging anything.
True. The fanboys on both sides have a hard time admitting that Move and Kinect are hurting for launch titles.
Move launch selling point is RE5/MAG/HR compatibility
Kinect launch selling point is Dance Central
Everything else seems to be shovelware.
@Brutallyhonest
don't forget
DS - free
PSP - free
Mac - free
iPod/Phone/Pad - free (via wifi)
Droid - free (via wifi)
Can anyone name ANY other platform that charges a subscription just to connect online to use the device+software that you purchased?
Tivo is the only other one I can think of.
EDIT: maybe the upcoming OnLive box too.
@midgard229
MS owns the OS, but they don't control what you connect to on the internet. They can't charge for online gaming anymore than they could charge for surfing the web or streaming Hulu using a PC.
They can do it on the Xbox because it's a closed system that requires all software to be licensed by them and all internet traffic from that software has to be governed by LIVE.
So when the competitors' service is free, you justify MS raising their price because MAYBE in a few YEARS the competitors MIGHT start charging?
Hook a turbine to your @ss, we could power Vegas with your spinning.
Side Note:
1 vs 100 was canceled (b*stards!!)
They should call it the "$10 Halo Tax".
They could have raised it to $100 and said that everyone had to renew before they could play Halo Reach and people would have been lining up to renew.
PS+ is a membership to a store club just like Sam's Club or Costco. It's not an online service.
You can NOT compare it to Live or even PSN.
@Jsynn7
I was thinking the same thing. He sounds like someone trying to convince you to join a church.
Then calling PSN "soulless", "clinical" "lonely".
Go out and meet some girls, spend $60 on them. Then you won't care so much about your make believe game community.
Remember the first time you played COD and died in 15 seconds? That's real life.
no regen-health, no respawn, no rematch, no practice offline and try again later.
If anything COD should be convincing you NOT to go to war.
I played Mario and I'm ready to eat some mushrooms.
The Xbox should NOT have won the network comparison.

They really think that little bit of a bump that 802.11n has over 802.11g is better than the 10x better speed of the ethernet port?
I think they were just feeling bad for the xbox and had to throw it a bone.
I always assumed they used shapes so that there were no translation issues using Alphabet characters.
You know those 1,000,000+ banned consoles? Guess what they will all be playing.
MS can't detect a modded-banned console that can't go online.
Getting game advice from CNN is like getting music advice from Good Housekeeping Magazine.
They completely ignored the Media player aspects.
Xbox = Windows Media Center Extender, but has very limited support for files from hard drives or UPnP Media Servers.
PS3 = Allows any hard drive internal and external, plays just about any format off a hard drive or UPnP Media Servers. But can't play MKV files.
Omega is now posting as "outrageous"
