Monster Hunter World didn't change its core gameplay mechanics though. It was improved better quality of life features and smoother controls

Whenever a Japanese devs says they're Western influenced the results are always suffer from shallow and bland gameplay with the exception of From Software titles. Hopefully, this not the for the new Tales title.
X is a damn good game no denying that. Oh. I doubt FFVII Remake is going to be open world especially judging from the E3 demo.
There was no way a remake was going to just be on two bluray disc without making it linar as X and XIII or cutting a lot of content. You should learn the difference between an action and action RPG btw.

Once again what is convoluted about the stories in the Zelda games? Save the princess, save the land, you're the hero of light that's all there is too it. Pretty straightforward if you ask me.
Unlike you I just know what I'm talking about. I'm more of a Sony fan, but I own a Switch and I appreciate the Zelda franchise. Something can't be both simplistic and convoluted. Btw the franchise has never been known for strong story telling.
Even though it's running on mid low settings, it's still impressive to see it running on the Switch.

The time is convoluted. The games themselves are great and fun to play. If you find the games to be convoluted, you're probably just not good at them.
I would love to play Vagrant Story and Xenogears on my Switch
