I've got to say, as much as The Last Guardian appeals to me, TESV: Skyrim is the game I would build a machine that manipulates time for. I need it now. I played Oblivion for months and never even started quests for the Thieves Guild.
For value for money, you can't go wrong with a Bethesda game.
Yep, in hindsight it probably wasn't one of the better years in regards to resolutions. I didn't mind Heavy Rain's endings, whether they were good or bad or how they connected (3 were good for me, 1 was bad), but I think it's the fact they were missing a few endings that spoiled the game a little. Like why Ethan had black-outs. Somebody fucking explain why he blacked out and woke up with origami in his hands.

COD4. The lighting and graphics, as well as the set-pieces, were just unmatched back in late 2007.

Might just be this article, but I found it hard to tell the difference between R2 and R3. Hopefully some more polish over the coming months will give R3 a much more noticeable graphical edge over its predecessor.
