People buy because of brand awareness. Not exclusive. Yes Nintendo is in a different place because all they have is their games. PlayStation and Xbox, they have way more multiplatform titles than exclusives. Why I’m making the argument exclusives don’t matter to these two platforms.

Strayanalog isn’t stating that, but saying finding people outside their norm will bring a different perspective on decision making and creative direction, which might result in more creative solutions (more creativity).
