Why would people buy the games they don't want? System has games people like, people buys system, system gets more games because of huge install base. I don't think 1st would do any good now for the Vita aside from God of War and Uncharted.
I'd suggest get 3rd party's help with famous franchises, Liberation had high sale just because it had Assassin's Creed in its name, the same happened with CoD Declassified even though the games weren&#...
3rd-party-exclusive thing is definitely not cool. But with all the graphics and new physics and stuffs, the cost to make games are going up and up. And the games still cost the same as last-gen: 60$. So funding 1st party alone can be a huge risk. I think that's why M$ and Sony set out to find 3rd-party to either fund or co-develop, especially with famous franchise. Cheaper and safer for them.
I wouldn't say overdrive but yeah it does get the support it deserve (for now).
No , they said they'd no longer make big 1st-party titles for the thing. They didn't say anything about 3rd-party. Though i'll want for them to lie (so bad) and then bring out Uncharted, inFamous, GoW and new IPs.
Don't really care about graphics downgrade and what not, the game looks awesome but the lack of 60fps let me down a bit. Hope they can bring 60fps to the final build .

The 2 bosses swiping at the end game is the worst , especially on crushing which only give you 1 try .
It'll be freaking suck if it don't have enough Vita love for me .

That is their intention . They wanted 1 of their franchises to be popular and then milk it . Sequels likely to cost less to make than a new IP but also make more profit as the popular franchise has more fans .
At the end of the day big companies need profits , without it they'll go bankrupt and they sure as hell don't want that .

I want PS to be the lead this gen because of 2 reasons :
1st , Sony has some issues with other divisions , and we don't want it to go bankrupt now , do we ? You can say that i'm a worrywart but the numbers on the news sure got me worried .
2nd , M$ was being sloppy last gen , they got to comfortable with the X360 resulting in not so many big exclusive games . But with Ps4 lead the way , i can see M$ come up with more diverse big titles and also bring ...
@Kenshin_BATT0USAI Yeah , the Vita got some awesome exclusive games , but most of them are from Japan . Now is really a good time for some Western action , i'm craving for it .
Wow , that looks seriously suck compared to the gameplay trailer . Well , just hope that the PC version will be as good as the trailer , graphics wise .
Nope ! Games with bad gameplay that bring bad experience are the one to suffer the most , followed by games that have bad/none marketing and games released for the wrong audience (GTA chinatown on DS)
I don't know about the other platforms but if it's on the Vita then i'm cool with it . It's sad how i always asked for new exclusive Vita games but now i'm just happy with re-release on the platform .
Also , i hope Pop trilogy for Vita is real , my favorite trilogy , ever .

That chinese prince from warrior within in the hd collection still haunting me . If this's real , then unless they make the ps2 versions with Vita's native res they'll get no money from me .
The X1 ver looks awesome while the X360 looks not so bad either . But did anyone notice the still images of what i assume are from the X360 look like Ps2 . Not the gif , the still image .
Nah , my Vita doesn't need more buttons , it just need more cool exclusive games .
The game was designed for coop. So playing it solo can be tedious with all the grinding which was already a lot if you play with others.
