Who said that the cloud can only do Physics and A.I ? Maybe it will do more awesome stuffs a little down the road. Everything has to start with the beginning.
Crackdown 3 also has a single-player campaign, so yeah!
Considering M$'s secret sauce "the cloud" is barely scratching the surface with Crackdown 3, i say let's wait and see.
Nope, Tearaway Unfolded is NOT a freaking remaster. It's a remake (or re-imagined if you will).
OT, remaster should have more new contents (gameplay wise). Like DMC4, a remaster that is worth 40$.
Yeah ! It certainly does look too good to be true. But some got their hands on the game and the feedback is phenomenon. If Crackdown 3 delivers, i'm sure M$ have a game-changer in its hand.
Dang, if 4 Xbones can do this then an Xbone should be more powerful than the most powerfull gaming PC, let alone the Ps4.
Why would you want this kind of destruction in SP anyway ? I'd rather not being stuck on missions because i killed every NPC by blowing up buildings.
Thing is the Wii didn't have that many worthwhile titles like say Ps1, Ps2, Ps3, n64, Gamecube or X360. BC is not a killer feature, yes ! But it sure as hell is a neat one.
Things that the 2 have in common :
Enemy types
Over the top action scenes
Planned out platforming sequences
QTE
The different stuffs ?
_ Nathan doesn't gain new ability or gears. The game's puzzles required quite a lot of thinking.
_ Lara finds and upgrades stuffs so she can use them to find new paths, like Metroid. She can gain new ability to deal with tougher enemies. Puzzles use mostly platform skills to make it throu...
DMC + Monster Hunter = Scalebound ? The combat and animations looks way too rough. Maybe they showed the game a bit early. Still, it's a Platinum's game. I'm having high hope for it !
Devs these days put so much effort into making beautiful graphics, it'd be a waste not drooling on it.
Hope this'll come to the Xbone's ver as i don't have the Ps4's.
@Letthewookiewin: A 500$ console vs a 600$ console ? And at the time most of X360's ver of 3rd party games ran better than the Ps3's because devs hadn't figured out the right way to make games run better with the cell architecture (especially Unreal 3). I really can't see the possibility of the ps3 taking the lead.
Also, what is the flaw that make the Xbone not a solid system with a solid library then ? Its offline mode ? Its frequent updates that keep making ...
But with less awesome games.
Did some declare that the Ps3 would never catch up to the X360 in their early years (in places that sell both consoles) ? Yes. Did the Ps3 make an awesome turn-around ? Yes.
In conclusion, i think the Xbone can pull that off. But only time will tell.
Looks good. Though i'd rather the series had gone with a more GRAW-ish route than this over-the-top-action one.
I buy a PS4 just for Bloodborne. The game is a system seller. And it definitely did "WoW" the sh!t out of me.
Grow Home for Ps4 ? Nice !
These sales articles are especially made for fanboy wars, didn't you know ? Xbox losing to Ps can only bring good things for us console owners. Sony learned its lesson with the Ps3 and was continuing to deliver great contents. Xbox is now learning the same lesson with the xbone and trying to deliver great contents.
13m in less than 2 years is pretty good actually. Ps Vita and Wii U ? Now they are something that are not doing too well.
@Godmars290:
"What does it really add but improved particle effects? Frees up assets for other things like graphics, but does not improve graphics overall."
So what ? The destructible environment is not just eye-candy, it also adds new layers to the gameplay, Like Battlefield Bad Companny 2 or Red Faction Guerrilla.
@kneon:
In the demo, they pumped up the gun fire power to easily destroy building.
Also i think 3rd-pa...
