Even though it's had a very bad start, BF4 is way better than CoD. And is really what CoD 'should' have evolved into by now. I had ghost on the ps3 and the only thing that I found fairly interesting was the space station missions. Other than that, it was the same as MW2&3 gameplay wise. Now I'm BF4 all the way.
I would of replaced star citizen with Elite Dangerous, seeing as that game will be out around march

I'm sure the friends list issue is simple down to the increased amount of traffic that's just joined the network and the servers need a slight bit of tweaking to compansate. After all, Xmas was only 2 days ago!! And anyone whom had their consoles on launch day will remember the slight problems we had than with the network. Give it a day or two more and I'm sure services will return to norm. Till then though, you can still play 'most' mp games without issue.

Agree with you there. A work mate of mine has just paid out for bf4 prem pack on his xb1 and was going on about the second assault pack(4 maps from bf3),, shortly afterwards I saw a rumor that's started to get around that EA may end up giving it away for free due to all the f@&£ ups there has been. My mate is now considering asking for his money back if this is true

While I have no doubt that titanfall will be a success on the xb1, I'd personally rather wait until destiny is out on the ps4.

Even though it's a buggy game (ps4 version) I'd still rather have bf4 than ghost. Which was crap on the ps3. I just hope that it is second assault that we get given instead of china rising. As most players proberly already own that pack.
I see a lot of posts on here going on about the clock speeds of the CPU's. I'd just like to point out that we are forgetting about two other aspects that determine how good a chip is.
1. FSB - front speed bus, what is it?? Is it 533mHz or 667mHz?? What??
2. L2 chace size? 1mb? Or 2mb? Or is it 512k??
Both of these will have an effect on performance.
If you don't have young kids then pass this one up. But if like me, you have a seven yr old daughter, then def worth the price off the store. She loves it.

I don't know how things work over in USA, but here in the UK we have what's known as the 'Consumers Rights Act' which is in place to ensure that, should any product that fails to live up to what has been shown previously before launch as a finished product, then that company can be done for deception and fraud with the intent to obtain money unlawfully from the end consumer (you and I) and/or the British retailer.

You make a very good point there mate, granted.
But that statement was made before these lawsuits were filled against them(EA). EA by the way also once said that Mass Effect 1 would never be ported over to the PS3, as it was titled as being an exculsive game only for the 360 console and PC's, yet it did get ported over in the end.
If EA are found to guilty for breaching consumer laws and for playing the stocks to their own advantage, etc etc, they will (quite possibly) inc...
With all the issues surrounding EA, I wouldn't be surprised at all if Titanfall, which EA is the publisher for, gets delayed until nearer to Xmas next year. By which time, there will proberly be a chance that a ps4 version will be released soon after to claw back some of the money following these lawsuits against them.
While bf4 is certainly not without it faults, I'd still rather play bf than cod ghost.
