Several of the smaller studio games on gamepass are better than a fair few of these games IMO.
Its “nice” that sony will add spiderman but I have to wonder why anyone would bother playing as him when his own game is far superior to anything this game is doing.
Its a good start but if we go by the other two consoles theyve added we shouldnt expect much overall. I personally would’ve preferred gameboy ports over sega as well.

Most of what they are doing is comparing it to BotW here. Games need to be reviewed and compared with their peers. You wouldn’t put up a review of a mobile game next to a AAA game would you? Of course not because it doesn’t make sense. Angry Birds has a Meta of 80 and The Witcher 2 has an 88. Pretty close but they absolutely shouldn’t be compared as they aren't rated based on the same criteria.

My best guess is he is a teenager. His arguments and thoughts read like they are coming from a high-schooler at best.
I was really holding on hope that they would turn BFV around after the pacific content. Plenty of other devs have turned disastrous launches into incredible games. But DicEA pulled the plug so that they could just focus on the next $60 we will give them.

This game gets a 7/10. The controls get the job done but I just have this feeling we will eventually figure out a much better system. Graphics and animations aren't as good as they will be in 20 years so I am holding that against them. And the publisher just needed to spend more money in general on this bad boy.

And this article didnt even mention that Wolverine isnt a charismatic, 6’3” underwear model in the comics.
On this point I am merely pointing out the similarities for the launch of the game. They abandoned BFV and even brought in several additional studios and we are still looking at a messy launch. I wonder how many promised features will be “patched in later” this time.
They lost me with the BFV debacle. Sad that they’re just trying to be like every other game on the market now pandering to the lowest common denominator
I remember! BF1s launch was quite smooth. It also happens to be the last feature complete battlefield game they made.
That said, I agree with you. And calling next week a “beta” is laughable as there wont be enough time to fix any major problems that pop-up before launch.
