I got suckered into buying this game after giving up cod many years ago. Let me say, nothing has changed, in fact the gameplay has devolved. Modern warfare was at least tolerable ...I regret buying this, cod would be so much better if they just slowed it down a little and organized how you respawn but ehh losing battle, it's a cash cow.

Yeh the reward system is horrendous. I went from liking this game to absolutely hating it. Twice now I've gotten yellow armor for a class I don't play. Seen random people do worst then me and get yellow drops in the crucible. Destiny had so much damn potential, except it turned out be an extremely repetitive nonetheless polished game, and don't get me started on the story...
What are griefers? I'm guessing bad eggs or problem players?

Yeh I'll agree with the "all time" ...I'm pinning so much hope on this be the next great game for me. I'm relatively new to shooters, but my top list was Vegas, Killzone 2, bad company 2, and battlefield 3. I had awesome multiplayer times with all those games.

Killzone 2 was the ish. That game still has some of the most jaw dropping graphics for such an old console.
I've shared my disappointment for this game in a few threads. But honestly last night I had a blast playing multiplayer. Peace out single player (which is disappointing...I agree with the majority).

Ok @doubleplusdgoodgames ..I can respect where your coming from and I wholeheartedly agree, those critical moments during strikes and boss fights do come with their own stories and in fact that was by and large the most fun aspect of Destiny. However, heavily scripted or subtle ...your personal experiences shouldn't be what replaces or has to make up for a games own story. I mean Destiny was pitched as this epic story of a Traveler saving humanity and I'm thinking man this could be so...
As a PS4 owner I was greatly anticipating getting to play a game from the lauded Xbox Halo devs. Honestly I'm more sad than pissed, these guys had resources and lots of experience and I just wish the game was more intricate. So far next gen has been underwhelming.
Yeh ..if u like the game cool, in fact I had some fun moments. But that doesn't take away from the overall fact that the game is hollow. And I can't believe these guys had the nerve to say story doesn't matter...wow.
I'm now pinning my remaining hope on the division. God please don't that be a let down. I feel the only thing next gen about destiny is that I play it on my ps4.
