First read the article, or at least the headline, then come back again. :P
"Blame the lack of games that support the camera for the lack of camera. Blame the how useless it is when none of my friends have the camera. There is really no reason to own the camera."
Umm... I'm afraid that you have missed the whole point. The camera is hugely popular and constantly out of stock, it has way surpassed Sony's expectations.
@AntiSaint Your calling PrinceOfAllSaiyans idiot and you don't even recognize that the prince of Saiyans is actually Vegeta. :P
@pkb79 "pointless. 28 inch 4k monitor is totally pointless and only severs to gratify the sense of superiority you seem to need as a pc gamer.
Any screen under 32incs and the human eye cannot tell the difference in resolution between 780p/1080p/4k."
Stop spreading lies. I cant believe there still are some who believe human eye somehow cant spot the difference, next you are going to tell me that human eye cant see the difference between 30 and 60 fps.Human e...
Did anyone actually watch that video? Just like before they played that football game there was "We Will Rock You", and it was obviously not done by the audience. :D You have to be really slow not to see that the fake clapping was done on purpose, and they made it so obvious that its not really "fake".
This game will be simply amazing, I saw this update yesterday, and it was the final nail in the coffin, I made my contribution and so should you.
@Spartan119 Oh do I smell irony here!
"But that poll just proved either 2 things. It got spammed with fanboys and was not an accurate representation of the wider publics opinion or that sony fanboys simply cant admit if something from the other camp is actually good."
?????????
@alexkoepp What does TrackIr have to do with anything here? No you can not use just any camera as a head tracking device, well you can but they are not even close to being precise enough. I have used TrackIr for many years now, and there really is no better solution out there, and even TrackIr can be clumsy to the point its frustrating to use, still awesome tech and use it all the time.
Ummm... why?
Let me guess, you have no idea what /s represents?
First what AMD needs to do is up their linux driver development, right now you cant have AMD card and play games on linux.
Haahaahahhahahahahahahahahhaha haa... No.
Seriously take a look at this http://frames-per-second.ap... adjust the other ball to 30 FPS and if you still cant see the difference between 30 and 60, then I possibly could believe that there is at least one human that cant see the difference.
Get your eyes checked, the difference is clear.
"For one: LINUX.
Great system but not exactly user friendly, even sometimes harder tahn Mac OS to get around it."
Have you ever tried any Linux distribution? Or the most accurate question would be: have you tried SteamOS yet? How can you say how usable something is when you actually haven't even seen single picture of it.
I'm sure that many gamers are going to jump on the SteamOS boat as soon as they see their favorite games running...
Try Arma 3. :P
So much false information here that my head hurts, SteamOS is an operating system, linux based even, so there is great possibility that all software made for linux already works, and it can even stream your Windows games from your powerful computer running Steam to your laptop or HTPC running SteamOS. How is this so hard to understand?
I have a very powerful gaming PC and I still want to use a console for gaming too, just because there are very good console exclusives around that I have no way of getting on PC. And when I'm choosing a console, I simply choose the most powerful out there so the graphics doesn't have a huge gap between the PC and console.
Well Mirror's Edge did use Unreal Engine 3. :)
