I believe that it's not the console Battlefield fans who started all this, it sounds more like bunch of ravaging fanboys who just doesn't like either consoles and/or Battlefield.
No PlayStation Battlefield fan was thinking the game would be 1080p and 60fps or think it would look like it does on PC. So even this story is bollocks!

These articles are probably written to gather hits, and they got that done very well. We PlayStation fans do not expect that our machine is much more powerful than Xbox 360 and most certainly we do not think that its more powerful than PC. The writer should get all this poop not the fans cause we aren't expecting it to run 1080p, 60fps and as good looking as on PC.
Not one PlayStation fan is expecting these things out of Battlefield 3, it seems to be just the article writers looking for hits.

No we don't. Also stop generalising like we all are single minded. Usually when we talk about games and graphics we are comparing them to other games of the same platform or to other console games. Cause its obvious that PC can do better graphics.
Why did you stop reading there? Wouldn't we who own and love our PlayStation 3's be the most disappointed if game for our system looked bad? And it obviously doesn't look bad at all.

Even tho I have PC well powerful enough to play Battlefield 3. I have noticed that PC fans in N4G are horrible! So I'm just guessing that we have same kind of people in Battlefield 3 PC version. So I will most certainly buy the PlayStation 3 copy instead.

It actually could be your ADSL modem. I had old Telewell that didn't like my console and most of all it hated Bad Company.
