Heres hoping Guerrilla Games nails the sequel they have the blueprint to make a very compelling sequel akin to what Uncharted 2 was for Naughty Dog, except UC1 didnt get the accolades and awards Horizon Zero Dawn has got thus far, this I.P definitely has greatness written all over it GG have quite possibly created the next big thing.
It has the Majority Goty's at the moment making it the Overall Goty so clearly many agree its the best of 2017

They have won Goty awards just not Overall Goty and so far Zelda has 16 Goty awards, nearest competition Nier Automata has 2, still something like 300 awards to go but at this point Botw is a runaway train its destroying everything in its path its guaranteed overall Goty unless something happens that turns the tides.

Nathan Drake fucked it real good last year, Mr. Goty dropped 165 gotys and nearly 100 more awards for Graphics, Narrative, best action and adventure, human performance etc Overwatch was being outpaced by Doom for best shooter, and getting roasted by Battlefield 1 for MP, probably won less then 30 gameplay oriented awards and a respectable 103 goty awards. Interesting you guys call it Goty Edition, so far in 2017 only one game has won Game Of The Year and that's Zelda Breath Of the Wild 3 Game Of The Year Awards, Last years Goty winner was an exclusive game that won 165 Goty Awards and 100 other Goty related awards, i think 170 goty might be realistic for Zelda.
