well Eurogamer do seem critical of games. It's not so much a bad thing though. over all it's looking like this game will get between 8.5 and 9.
I really enjoyed the demo anyway and spent a lot of time climbing the highest buildings and jumping off :p
the fact that its an open world sanbox game, but you can't drive etc really doesn't matter cus once u get used to the controls you'll be jumping accross the rooftops at 'lightening speed' :p and it just feels really nice...
very true. If Kojima has given some details to PSW or whatever, it would never be simple :p not while he's got a teaser site going else that just defeats the point of it.
It really wouldn't surprise me if he even gave, not so much false imformation, but info he new could easily be manipulated (such as a silhoette) with the purpose of people thinking even more possiblilities than they already were...

hmm perhaps this is just something thats got confusing...
we know lord of shadow is a konami game, theres already been a teaser for it... so this announcment wouldn't be for a new game but just that Kojima is working on los...
just doesn't seem to fit tbh. why have all this countdown stuff just to say that kojima will be working on a game already announced by konami...
we'll see soon enough because the beta starts in less than 2 weeks

It depends. I wudda been quite happy with just Conquest, so one mode can work. I think their problem was that they only included 1 mode, and it was a new mode to the franchise! i.e. they took out the mode that everyone thinks about when they think of BF! i couldn't believe it at first lol
developers are always copying each other lol if they didn't there would be no more games tbh
I mean you could argue loads of stuff. straight away, Forge, is just a watered down map maker that pc gamers have had for years before halo did it...

looking gd anyway. i'm not sure about the modes again tho :( think they're still gonna concentrate on gold rush. It's quite a good mode but i've always preffered conquest and imo should make that the focus
yep because the first one didn't get good reviews, didn't get regarded as one of the best looking console games and didn't shift a considerable ammount of copies for a new ip... oh wait

yep. i was alway a playstation guy but thought an xbox and halo 2 to play with my mates. only bought 3 other games for the system tho :p

i'm pretty sure they are using the COD4 engine. I could be wrong though so best to look it up. Just think i remember them mentioning what engine they were using
i think the fact that there is an article asking why we have teaser sites proves the point.... the last few days every1 has talked about what kojima's next game could be, yet non of us have any idea at this stage.
It builds hype and gains interest. The other day at work i asked my mate if he was a fan of mgs and if he'd seen kojima's countdown, so now he's interested and will probably tell a friend etc etc
