First of all, it's an on-going investigation and secondly, they're probably talking about the original breach with the PSN, they simply found a flaw or something over at SOE and decided to take it down before it really got hacked.
They're most likely updating it right now.

But it should be noted that the smartphone used in the latest vid probably has a higher resolution while the NGP is modified for better speed. If i remember, i read somewhere it would be 60FPS or something but it'll mainly be used for gaming purposes.
