Fallout 4 and The Witcher 3 need to be commended for their success. Gamers are finally leaning away from linear shooters.

The first time playing Bioshock was one of the most captivating moments in gaming for me personally. 2 was decent and Infinite was great but neither gave the same feeling as the first. Not sure how I feel about a new Bioshock without Ken Levine and after the ending of Infinite it will feel just like it exists just because. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Xbox 360 for Halo 3 even though I got it a year in advance.
PS3 for TLOU
Xbox One because of Halo in general (Almost shunned Xbox completely after the reveal but I need my Halo)
Dreamcast for Sonic Adventure

I'm thinking we'll get a new Gears of War 4 premiere, possibly Titanfall 2, and maybe Mass Effect Andromeda gameplay.

Good job man. I still want to pursue the gaming industry after college. Hope all goes well and you meet your goals.

Ordered my copy. Can't wait to try out UC4 MP. Going to be fun reliving these games again.

Probably going to sound corny as hell but I'm thankful for N4G as a whole. No other gaming news site is designed as well along with a vibrant yet sometimes idiotic community but that's everywhere and it's all in good fun because we all share the same passion.

I'm thankful for the people who are tired of corporate greed in gaming and for those who don't support shady practices I applaud you.

Well he did love Halo 2 and ended up asking Bungie to write Blow Me Away for the Halo 2 OST.

That's a lot of games.

This really got my attention years back when it was featured in OXM. Shame it got canned but who knows maybe if WiLD is successful it will give an incentive to revive this project.

QTE's can be used well in certain games like Quantic Dream and TellTale games but in games like CoD where it's "Press X To Pay Respects" is lazy and outright stupid.

Different people have different ways of telling a story and if the story is compelling and keeps you wanting more then I think the writer did a great job.

Brute Force, Blood Wake, and Deathrow...jesus the nostalgia.

Who's bright idea was it to never make a sequel to any of those??

Blood Wake could've been Xbox's Twisted Metal, Deathrow was unlike any game I've played and Brute Force was like a tactical Gears of War with an interesting sci-fi setting. Brute Force was deemed the next Halo all the way back in 2002.

I feel like I'm the only person who finds Far Cry 3 and 4 really corny in terms of story telling and I didn't think Vaas was the greatest villian to ever grace gaming.

Blood Dragon was probably the most interesting piece of Far Cry in my opinion.

Kotaku has been garbage for as long as I can remember.

@jgar11 I've played a lot of PS2 from friends and family that owned one but I never owned one since my dad bought me an OG Xbox all the way back in 2001 and then a Gamecube in 2002 and I was too young to get a job lol. I've played SotC on PS3 and it's such a unique game which is why I'm excited for TLG.

I did play a lot of SOCOM 2 and Twisted Metal though which were a lot of fun back then with my cousins. 6th generation of consoles is still hands down the best...

Good job indeed. This is awesome since I never owned a PS2 and if they have the entire library that would be so sick.

I hope they can somehow add PS3 emulation at some point since I still have a hefty backlog and would prefer to play them on PS4 but due to the CELL architecture I can see that being a challenge.

Between TW2 and TW3 (never got around to finishing TW1 because the combat was very clunky and I'm not the best at PC gaming) I can safely say that The Witcher franchise is in my top 5 of all time.

The Witcher 3 was the first next-gen game that really felt next-gen to me. The world is amazing and the side quests are arguably the best developed side quests in any RPG I've played. For me it's no questions asked a 10/10 in my book.

Agreed. I personally enjoyed TLOU more than any movie I've watched. Mass Effect (might get destroyed for this) has the best story in the sci-fi genre for me which includes movies like Star Wars and Trek. I'm also a bit biased too since I enjoy games more as entertainment than movies.
