Well since the PS3 will have better graphics, better aliasing, warmer/more natural color pallette and significantly reduced pop ups, I hope XBOX gamers will still have lots of fun with the gameplay aspects where hopefully these things won't detract too much from the overall experience.
But if you're a looking for the absolute BEST GTAIV experience, PS3 is the way to go.
