Hard to say if this will affect Atlus or not right now. I think worst case is that someone buys them when Index go under - given their catalogue of titles, I think they'd be an attractive buy for anyone with the money.

For every intelligent gamer who stops buying EA's games out of principle - there are 1000 know-nothing customers lining up to buy anything they make, day one. EA know this.

Yeah, this one is awesome - so fast! It's such a shame no one really writes about (or even knows about!) these games - all people care about these days are the bigger titles - but they miss out on some of these gems.
They also had one of the best-selling consoles of all time - which must have really sucked for Nintendo...

I think a lot of what he says is true. If you build an environment that works and becomes popular, everything else falls into place. Look at Apple - it's not the device that;s key - it's the ecosystem that sits inside it. Once you have that developers will follow.
In that sense MS are going about it a sensible way.

oh yeah, forgot about 1080 - that could get pretty painful. Also Mario Party caused me quite a few blisters. WarioWare om Wii as well.

I really didn't enjoy sf x Tk... So I don't hold out much hope for the next crossover. I just don't think the two universes are well suited to go together. I think a more interesting crossover would be Street Fighter Alpha and one of Arc System Works games like blazblue or guilty gear. Better yet Blazblue x Guilty Gear. Now THAT would be something.... :)
