I think in the short term at least, developers have to compromise. I'd be interested to see how many compromises, if any, Bunjie make with Dedtiny - which seems both massive, multiplayer and is playable alone.

I think they just carry on as normal - they make the game for 3D, and the 2DS just works as though the slider is turned off.
I will make my children work as chimney sweeps and coal miners to make sure they can afford to by their own 2DS and copies of Grand Theft Auto.
Skyrim is the worst game for hoarders. probably spent as much time in my inventory as I did playing the game >_<
I actually do a few of these. I'm really bad for grinding early and taking the fun out of RPGs. I've also done a few restarts of games I've played for ages - usually so I can get certain achievements that GameFAQs has said I've messed up.
I also spat my coffee on my desk at the Call Of Duty paedophile thing.

I remember having the Resi 4 demo for Gamecube from Famitsu - which was just the bit up to to where the bell tolls in the village. I must have played that for well over 15 hours, over and over again.
As long as the quality is there, and the world is rich enough, I'll be happy.
