Honestly, the issue is at the point of sale. The store employees need to be held accountable for reminding parents about the ESRB rating system and informing them of why a particular game is rated the way it is.
The problem is, these people are not being held to a standard for doing it.

I truly believe that this game was rushed to make up for the disappointment that was Battlefront 2. DICE need at least a 4 year dev cycle between Battlefield games because a 2 year cycle doesn't work for them.
That is not why PS has been kicking MS's butt this gen. It all started with the disastrous reveal of the Xbox One, and Sony decided that they could take advantage of MS's screw up and capitalize on it, and they did.
They also focused on putting out the best, most enticing exclusive games. MS has had next to no exclusive games this gen that were worth a damn. Their insistence on backing Kinect didn't help either.
He lost me when he said Activision would be a good choice to take over the Star Wars license.
Couldn't care less about cloud gaming. Just show me compelling exclusive titles that would make me want to buy the next Xbox.
You can sue over anything now, so it really doesn't surprise me.
You don't HAVE to buy shards. Pretty much everything can be bought with in-game coins that you earn at a pretty good rate from what I have seen.
