The soundtrack can be just as memorable as the game itself. Take Halo for example. If you hear that theme without any video, you know what game it's from.
Jesus, these guys are just asking to be destroyed!
And it also gave you the option to skip it if you didn't want to play it. A win-win for everyone really.
She is still unlockable in-game, I believe. This option is just there for the people that don't want to grind.
And there is little to no moderation of the comments section as well
$499 is my guess given the specs that have been revealed so far. Then again, Sony has been so successful with the PS4 that they may be able to sell the system at a loss and price it at $399
Given the hardware specs shown thus far, I would say it will launch closer to $499 but not more.
Par for the course for a lot of people on this site.
It's a one-week suspension. Suck it up and deal with it.
The thing is, this game has been in development for years. The issues can all be whittled down to mismanagement. Bioware had no idea what they wanted Anthem to be even when they revealed it, and they had to scramble basically at the last minute to put something together. If you haven't yet, you should read Jason Schrier's article about Anthem's development and how terrible the working conditions at Bioware are.
Gonna keep a close eye on what exclusive titles both consoles have this go around. I went with the console where all of my friends were, Xbox. Now, however, all but 2 of them have switched to PS4. I want MS to release some good compelling first-party exclusives so there can be some REAL competition between the two platforms.
That being said, if Sony were to announce a Killzone or Resistance: Fall of Man reboot, I would be sold!
The exact same things that happened with Destiny 1 and 2. It looks like Bioware, rather than learn from Bungie's mistakes, decided to emulate them. The question now is, can they make enough changes and fixes to bring those players back?
@Natversion1
I was just about to post something similar. The whole point of Joker's character is that he is an unrepentent, chaotic, homicidal maniac!
Yep. They DESPERATELY need those exclusive titles that make people say, "Okay, I HAVE to buy an Xbox. I can't miss that game!"
My bad. I just re-read several of the articles and the sources cited were "several insiders". So, we can take that for what it's worth. I have no doubt that it will be a leap over the One X in terms of hardware specs, but if it doesn't have the compelling exclusive titles, then it isn't really worth it.
Bare minimum it needds hardware specs that are on par with the PS5, exclusive games that can compete with Sony's, and a competitive price point. It also needs a MUCH better reveal that the Xbox One had. They can't really afford to screw this up.
The only thing we know about the new Xbox so far is Phil Spencer saying in a recent interview that it is "more advanced than the PS5". Whatever the hell that means.
Pitchford is a known liar, so this doesn't surprise me
Don't care! Cameron Monaghan is a fantastic actor, and I can't wait to see what he does in this.
Trolls gonna troll
Um...I saw midgets in the gameplay reveal
