If it's on the same console you should be ok. The problem arises if you have a console each, you can play the game on any console as long as you're signed in to your profile, if somebody with a different profile wants to play on a different console they have to pay.

Dice never claimed Frostbite 3 was new, it has always been known to be an upgraded engine.Hence the number 3.

The games are locked to your account/profile. You can play the game on any system as long as you are logged in with your profile. If you want to play on a different system with a different profile you have to pay.

I'm pretty sure Microsoft have already stated that the game won't play from the disc, it HAS to be installed onto the hard drive. Also it will require online verification to play, and checked online once every 24 hours to continue playing.
