I can't wait till it's release. It's shame they didn't opt for a worldwide release. Many have to wait until Thursday/Friday to get their hands on the game.
I'd like game developers take a step back and look at why multiplayer should be in their game. Instead of this versus concept being a must, look at other avenues for innovation.

There's a difference between integrated functionality and getting it online with minimal usage, the PS3s browser suffered from this.
The apps on the dashboard are made for the service (Netflix,Twitter,Hulu etc)
Browsing on the PS3 is a chore.

Epic games will surely blow people away with Unreal 4. Can't wait to see what their cooking behind closed doors. Ai is one thing, but sound, gameplay and graphics is another. Ai encounters in current gen games are almost always scripted in one way or another.
True artificial intelligence won't be around for a long, long time, until the time of quantum computing even. Imagine an NPC with it's own personality randomly generated by hardware.

Just because there isn't a beta, doesn't mean their not doing internal tests themselves. Not every game needs a beta. Look at Halo 4 as an example of this. 343 are spending more time polishing and fixing the game internally. Betas take up huge chunks of precious development time. Think of the circumstances, before jumping to conclusions.
